RL-Glue Submitted to JMLR-MLOSS

We did it! At 16:30 MST, March 6, 2009, we submitted the source code for RL-Glue Core and all of our existing codecs to the Machine Learning Open Source Software (MLOSS) special track of the Journal of Machine Learning Research.
