RL-Glue Final Release Candidate Available for Review

After 6 months of hard work following the 2008 Reinforcement Learning Competition, we are proud to announce that the final candidate for release of RL-Glue 3.0 and all of the codecs is ready to be rigorously tested by the reinforcement learning community.
