RL-Glue 3.0 RC3 and updated Codecs!

Hi all, just a quick note because I'm at NIPS working frantically between our demonstration and my talk for MLOSS workshop.

I've pushed out the RC3 release of RL-Glue + Codecs (under duress). The docs didn't get all the love I'd hoped they would, but we've been working like crazy on getting the demo ready. Since the demo poster says that RC3 is already released, I've decided to push this out.

Please report any problems you have. Downloads on the Glue, Codecs, and MLOSS pages have been updated.
